Steer clear of this dealership. This dealership is shady as they come. First off - I had a great experience with my sales rep Mitch. Hes a nice guy and good sales rep. Both times I This dealership is shady as they come. First off - I had a great experience with my sales rep Mitch. Hes a nice guy and good sales rep. Both times I have inquired about vehicles with intentions to buy they have raised the cost of the vehicle from the listing… not just a few hundred dollars or a grand but upwards of $8000 over what was showing on their website. I sent them a screenshot of the price they had show on their website and they said “it was never that price”. Not to mention they add in “accessories” fees on used vehicles that are completely stock and low ball you on trade in value. Ton of wasted back and forth. When we came to buy the car the second time - the dash wouldn’t work… though it had just had a “170 point certified inspection done on it.” The manager said he wasn’t going to hold it for us though until it was fixed because another customer could come buy it as is…. I even offered to place a deposit on it. Though we agreed on numbers and I had uprooted my family to drive a hour into the dealership to trade my wife’s car in I was told by the manager I needed to move forward with the purchase now before it was fixed or it could be sold by the time it was fixed and be put back on the lot… what a way to treat a customer trying to purchase an expensive vehicle from you. Edit- we have now owned this 2020 Yukon Denali xl for 6 days and the digital dash went out AGAIN. After Carl Black had advised they “fixed” it so we could move forward with the purchase. I am now out of state on family vacation and the digital dash cluster doesn’t work so we cannot see even see how much gas we have. I am having to take the car to a local gmc dealer out of state. The entire dash cluster needs to be replaced… Seems evident Carl Black didn’t want to fix the vehicle properly when the warranty was soon to run out within 2000 miles. They just wanted to sell the car, screw over their customer and had no regard in doing the right thing. SHADY. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I hope they don’t stay in business as shady as they are. I can tell by all of the reviews most feel the same. More

I went to Carl Black of Roswell to look at a GMC Elevation that was on display. I met Dominick who showed me the truck. Dominick was very friendly and easy to talk. He didn’t push or rush me. With that one question he walked me straight over to the service department where he asked a service writer and I got my answer. From the sales, service to the finance was an easy experience and all the guys I met, Tod, Jon, Matt, Steve, Bill and Dominick were awesome. I like this dealership and the people who work there. More

Called Sales Manager Matt about a 2021 Denali XL that I saw on their website. Matt confirmed that the vehicle was on his lot and available for sale. They sent me a photo of the window sticker so I could vi saw on their website. Matt confirmed that the vehicle was on his lot and available for sale. They sent me a photo of the window sticker so I could view how the vehicle was equipped and confirm MSRP to make sure it was the same as what I saw on line. Once I received this I told them to move forward with sending me what the total is going to be with taxes, tag, and administration fee. When they sent me this information, they raised the price $5,000 over MSRP and added another $1.842 for waxing and treating the interior which is nothing more than a sales scheme. Based off the reviews that I have read about this dealership, this appears to be a common practice, so buyers beware. To General Motors, you need to know when you have dealership that do not represent your brand well and have unethical business practices. To the owners of this dealership, if you encourage or compensate your employees to conduct business this way, you need to realize this is not a sustainable practice. I’m a 53 year old business owner and I take pride that I can grow my business annually and give my employees raises each year without having to jeopardize the integrity of my company or compromise my professional and personal values. Salesman top notch. He went and dug up information about the vehicle I needed to know; information that was not taught to them in their sales prep for a brand new vehicle. Did not like my experience with th the vehicle I needed to know; information that was not taught to them in their sales prep for a brand new vehicle. Did not like my experience with the finance person. Dismissive rude attitude. Turned the experience sour for me. More
