They also removed floor mats that were in the car during the test drive, then denied they were ever included. Matt Harbinson ignores all my emails about these issues, showing zero accountability. This place lies, delays, and dodges responsibility. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Florida consumer services—stay away unless you want broken promises and missing money. But then then manager called and tried to say it was old used vehicle and I couldn’t buy without coming in and driving it. They will not send me a purchase order with their numbers. I will be contacting the state attorney's office to file a formal complaint on false advertising! More
