His response time is incredible—every question I had, no matter how small, was answered quickly and in detail. He was so thorough, providing all the information I needed and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had also been in contact with two other dealerships, and the difference in service was night and day. The other salespeople didn’t even come close to Matt’s level of professionalism. I often had to wait hours, sometimes even days, for responses after reaching out multiple times. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about making the sale, and I was left chasing them down for information. Fantastic experience with a car dealer 900 miles from home. Coulter Infinity offered the car I wanted at the lowest price of all dealers I came across that had listings on CarGurus, Cars.com, and Autotr home. Coulter Infinity offered the car I wanted at the lowest price of all dealers I came across that had listings on CarGurus, Cars.com, and Autotrader. They were so much lower on price than even the locally priced units in the greater San Antonio area. I flew into Phoenix Sky Harbor where they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. All the paperwork was finished except for a few signatures. Test drove the car and everything was as represented on line. Washed, detailed and full of fuel. The general manager of the dealership stopped by the desk and thanked me for choosing Coulter. I immediately found him to be truly grateful that I flew three states away to do my business with them. I was equally impressed that he worked on Saturday. If I’m ever in the market for another Infinity, this was my first, I will start my search with Coulter Infinity. Ask for Margo, a veteran, and a mom, and a terrifically transparent sales professional. More
