When I purchased my Mazda, I didn’t want to pay the $3500 for maintenance. They had a Finance said they were due five years or 60,000 miles for like tire rotation and oil changes which is what we’ve always h for maintenance. I purchased an F150 from Laird Noller Lawrence back on March 8th. I'm an out-of-state buyer...flew in and drove it home. From the moment I got there I started seeing issues with the purchase. However, there's one thing that they still haven't fixed and now they're ducking my calls. They still haven't marked the truck as sold with Ford. This affects the warranty start date as well as not obtaining the Ford Pass points I'm entitled to. I've called several times, talked with several sales managers, as well as left messages. I've reached out to Ford Corporate and still haven't been made whole. I'm ok with issues if they're made right. But I can't abide a failure to do your job. For these reasons, I do not recommend purchasing from Laird Noller Ford. More
