I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt after we had to unfortunately lemon law our Explorer. We decided to upgrade to an Expedition. After going on a test drive of the 2017 and discussing the new 2018, we decided to wait and order a 2018. Matt worked with us during the entire process of ordering the car. He kept us up to date once the car was in process of being built. I probably drove him nuts but he was always pleasant and helpful. After the misfortune of having a "lemon' Matt made the entire process of having to buy another car so easy!
While I hope to not be buying another car for a little while, when we do, we will definitely be going back to Matt. He knew time was short once the car came in as we had to bring all 3 of our kids and he had everything ready to go. It was such an easy process!

Matt has continued to follow up and make sure I am enjoying the vehicle and keeps tabs on service when I come in to make sure I continue to receive a great level of support from the dealership.

I had very specific requests (engine, gear ratio, tow package, etc.) and Matt searched far and wide to find the right truck with the perfect combination of rebates to make the price work. Most importantly, I appreciated working with a knowledgeable and diligent salesman who doesn't pull the tacky, high-pressure sales lines ("so, what's stopping you from buying this car *right now?*" - I instantly leave dealerships like that).
We'll absolutely be going back for our next car.
