A truly pleasurable experience! ! Normally, people avoid going to a car dealership (and, frankly, based on my own experiences elsewhere, I can understand that sentiment). But Pine B ! Normally, people avoid going to a car dealership (and, frankly, based on my own experiences elsewhere, I can understand that sentiment). But Pine Belt Mazda was different - good different! The entire process was not only painless, but enjoyable! OUTSTANDING! !! In my sixty one years I have never received better customer service and PINE BELT is in the sales industry!! I called Chevy and spoke to James and !! In my sixty one years I have never received better customer service and PINE BELT is in the sales industry!! I called Chevy and spoke to James and it’s that initial conversation that got me to drive down to Pine Belt. He couldn’t have been more patient and generous with his time. We decided on a Mazda and that’s how we met Seamus. Just an outstanding salesman and human. Once again very kind and patient. I am a strong type A personality and my husband wasn’t really interested in buying a car at the time….so good luck Seamus! Surprisingly, he didn’t need luck because everything he told us was straight forward and true. We found a car on the Pine Belt website and within 24 hours we were driving away in our new car. We were dreading the experience of buying a car but it couldn’t be any easier. There was no switch and bait just exact, accurate info from Seamus and the Pine Belt website. The owner should be very. proud of what he has built and know that staff like Seamus and James are what makes his dealership what it is!! Thank you More

I plan on writing a longer and more detailed review, but the 'short' version is that Robert and Pinebelt Mazda did an amazing job of getting me out of a lease barely one month in (yes... call it supply-chai the 'short' version is that Robert and Pinebelt Mazda did an amazing job of getting me out of a lease barely one month in (yes... call it supply-chain haste) and into the exact car I wanted (Mazda 3 Hatch Premium AWD) at a payment we can live with.
