I started in the business with Ed Schmidt Pontiac GMC Jeep in 2007. I ended up leaving in late 2008 due to the recession, but in good terms with the option to come back, which I did for obvious reasons. this has been the best place I've ever worked for in my career. I started my sales career in 2004 with Guitar Center where I quickly worked my way up from sales to general manager and opened several of my own stores around the country. I couldn't stand to be away from family and friends so I moved back home where I got into the automotive industry. I'm a musician and have been playing various instruments (mostly guitar) since I was 8. In my free time I will be playing my guitars or building them which has been a recent hobby I've taken up. I'm married with 3 wonderful children and an amazing wife! She's my rock. I definitely wouldn't be the man I am today without her. I look forward to assisting you in your next vehicle purchase! I have nothing but the highest regard for the "3 Matts" at Cronin GMC. Matt Carpenter was my salesman who explained thoroughly all of my questions. Matt was knowledgeable and patient, making sure that I clearly understood the operation and use of every component of my 2024 SLT. I truly enjoyed working with Matt and would recommend him to anyone shopping for a new vehicle, particularly a pick-up truck. Matt Cunningham worked diligently to locate the truck and was extremely helpful in structuring a price that fit my budget. I am very appreciative of his efforts on my behalf. Matt Urbaniak, the financial guy, was thorough and very organized and expeditiously completed the closing paperwork. Together this team of men produced a very enjoyable buying experience.
