I drive past the dealership on my way home from work most days. I have always noticed the nicer trucks they have on their lot. I was on my way to another dealer when I saw this on LT Trail Boss that I had to days. I have always noticed the nicer trucks they have on their lot. I was on my way to another dealer when I saw this on LT Trail Boss that I had to stop and look at. Chauncey was there to great me in a matter of minutes. He was able to get me the price and get started with the truck. I also wanted to look at a brand new GMC for comparison and they also helped with that. Bottom line the Trail Boss I stopped to look at was the one. They also helped me with getting a great financing rate which in turn made it easy to add on the extended warranty. Highly recommend Gjovik!!! More

We lived our salesperson Carla. The rest of the experience was terrible. We had an appointment scheduled two days prior to pick up our nene truck yet the idiot finance guy Matt mad The rest of the experience was terrible. We had an appointment scheduled two days prior to pick up our nene truck yet the idiot finance guy Matt made us wait for over an hour! He was a condescending jerk. He didn’t know the products and was only interested in upselling. We have bought far too many vehicles from Gjovik’s the past 30 years and I have never felt this pissed. He didn’t know his product and was stating he wanted to get a side gig as a mortgage broker—-yet he’s not intelligent enough to do the job he has! I asked him for our Owners Manual. He said it was in the truck. There was no owners manual in the truck so we asked Carla. She is looking into it but it’s been over a week and still I owners manual! Seriously? How cheap! And Gerri in Setvice is terrible! We took our Corvette to him for new tires and he damaged our rims! He tried to cover it up by spreading grease all over the rims and we picked it up this way. A home I had to clean the rims to find out they damaged our rims! Bout Corvette had under 7K miles in it and he ruined our rims. When my wife told him of this he did NOTHING! We should have sued him! My wife wouldn’t let me make a bigger deal of it because his daughter is friends with our niece. Big mistake. He should be fired. And Matt. They may have new owners but still the same lousy people. Except Carla. More

Anthony Bulldog Briggs did a very good job explaining the features on the vehicle we were interested in. Matt in finance did a good job not trying to sell add on we were not interested in so the doc process features on the vehicle we were interested in. Our salesperson Weston was very professional and patient, was greatly suited for his job. The finance person on the other hand , not so good. We waited forever for him, he disregarded the fact that we had be was greatly suited for his job. The finance person on the other hand , not so good. We waited forever for him, he disregarded the fact that we had been pre-approved, and when we finally got to talk with him he rushed us thru and neglected a few things which in turn dragged the whole process out for a couple of weeks and required unnecessary trips back to the dealership.
