This was the worst experience we have ever had with purchasing a car in all of the years we have owned cars. The price of the car was listed online at $19,445 this was on their website and cars.com. Ho purchasing a car in all of the years we have owned cars. The price of the car was listed online at $19,445 this was on their website and cars.com. However, since we were planning to use our own financing, they bumped the price up another $1k. While trying to make the deal, we were shown other financing options, had we taken that option, then the price of the car would be lowered by $1k. They kept saying that their interest rates were lower than our outside financing. We declined them on the first option. When we got into the financing office, the financial person showed us a sheet with our credit union rates, they said that the dealership credit union was lower than ours. We finally caved in and decided to go with their financing. Then, our used car was out of warranty, and he offered us a service contract. We kept saying no. He went on and on. It was like we said no several times. It was annoying. We agreed to the service contract, because it wouldn't raise our monthly payments. These people will not take no for an answer. It took us the 6 hours to get this deal through with. When we got home we looked at the papers and discovered the service contract was $4,000. We were astonished! There was nothing said about how much this was going to be. We wanted it off right away. We contacted the agency and we met with the financial person, waiting 1 hour before he decided to show up. He said that the $4,000 would be taken off of the price of the car. It's been two weeks, and it is still not off. We bought our previous car from Laird Noller and did not encounter any problems, but this time it was terrible. I would not recommend going here for a used car. The salesman was nice, but finance guy was not. More

There is no better place or team than Laird Noller Hyundai in Lawrence. I have never been to a dealership or service station that made me feel like the most important customer. My concerns were listed Hyundai in Lawrence. I have never been to a dealership or service station that made me feel like the most important customer. My concerns were listed to, addressed and taken care of. I felt comfortable and everything was clearly explained to me. I know I made the right choice going to Laird Noller and I know that I am safe and secure with the repairs on my car. I will gladly go there for ALL of my routine maintenance as well. More

I almost gave up on Hyundai‘s due to the Topeka service. It’s just not very good and I was losing confidence in the car. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and r dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and right after I paid was told it would actually have to be done there, the dealership was 2.5 hours from home. I reached out about my vehicle to get this work done and was promised a call back the same day with more information. That call never came. I followed up multiple times over the next nine months for things agreed to when I purchased the car, and each time I was told someone would get back to me shortly—still nothing. They were waiting on a part, so and so wasn't in the office, etc. there was always an excuse. It felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic answers. When I finally did speak with someone, they didn’t have any of the details I had previously asked for and seemed completely unprepared. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. After nine months, numerous phone calls and a new general manager (who was wonderful and the only one who seemed interested in handling this), I was finally able to get my car taken care of... only to have it delivered back to me at the wrong address in a different city. Right on par for how this entire experience went. Glad to finally be done with them. More
