My husband and I went out on a whim to check out some vehicles we had been looking at online. Matt was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all our questions. The dealership staff were extremel vehicles we had been looking at online. Matt was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all our questions. The dealership staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Spike suggested some vehicle ideas with us also and we were able to pin point our dream car. Matt #1 was very helpful in getting us financed. The overall experience with Matt was excellent he was very willing to allow us to test drive whatever we were interested in and informed us about each of the vehicles. I will definitely refer this dealership and Matt to our family and friends. Thank You! More

Despite some minor wear, Rodney assured me of the vehicle's excellent condition, a claim backed by a clear CarFax report. After a seamless negotiation process, I bought the car, excitedly taking it home after detailing. I noticed some exterior marks, which upon closer inspection, seemed like deep nicks. Concerned, I immediately contacted Rodney, who introduced me to Ruben, a skilled body paint specialist. Surprised by the extent of the unnoticed damage, Ruben provided a thorough assessment, marking the areas for potential repair. Understanding the situation, Rodney worked diligently to find a resolution, empathetically acknowledging the oversight and navigating the complexities of the situation. His dedication led to an incredible compromise: an upgrade to a brand-new 2024 4Runner, incorporating my initial payment with additional discounts, including a Veteran’s discount.
