No offered discount on an over-priced vehicle should have been my first clue of the type of overall poor experience I would have with Ocean Mazda West Kendall. I know better but I let emotion get the best o been my first clue of the type of overall poor experience I would have with Ocean Mazda West Kendall. I know better but I let emotion get the best of me on price vs. the urgent need I had for a new vehicle. I have purchased cars from out of state dealers before, with extreme satisfaction in the entire process including , buying, financing, shipping, registering, and follow-up. This was a completely different experience, a horrible experience that left me not confident in any of the steps still to come! Once Mateo, my salesperson had this sale under his belt, he was gone. Service after that point was non-existent. I had to manage all the follow-up on my own making certain paperwork was still moving to get the car financed, shipped, and registered. One text to Mateo stating the car was STIll not registered after 30 days, and he disappeared! I was forced to work with the brokering Title Company Ocean Mazda hired to manage this for me, no one else was working on my behalf. I finalized purchasing the car on 1/11/24, it is 2/20/24 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CAR REGISTERED. Short of all of it, DON'T BUY FROM OCEAN MAZDA WEST, ESPECIALLY WITH MATEO. . More
