The price negotiation was fair. Chris was a good seller. The deal ran into challenges when Jim Ellis' bank returned my down payment for unknown reasons that could not be provided. Chris was a good seller. The deal ran into challenges when Jim Ellis' bank returned my down payment for unknown reasons that could not be provided. Getting that resolved took me having to make additional trips to the dealer. Sales manages would not return calls. The deal never completed fully as the agreement was to include an audi shirt which I did not receive. Details matter. Not the best dealer experience. They had a lot of turnover at this location.
