Our client advisor, Martik Gharibian, was fantastic. We just went to look at a X7, but he was so gracious to give test drives. He was calm, polite and extremely professional. He did not pressure us at all because the car sold itself. Martik search all across other dealers to see if he could get the car, with the exact options we wanted and found it! He was patient and supportive. And when we came back to pick up the car, he had to displayed beautifully with a bow and everything. We had a great experience at Rusnak BMW! More
