The young agent we dealt with was nice, but lacked knowledge about the vehicle. We were not informed that the hvac system was hard wired and unchangeable to Fahrenheit. The car was not cleaned even th knowledge about the vehicle. We were not informed that the hvac system was hard wired and unchangeable to Fahrenheit. The car was not cleaned even though he knew we were stoping to possible buy it. I found an open taco packet in the back seat cup holder which I got on my hand. Finally I had to take it to my mechanic. Because it was leaking oil due to your dealership not placing the rubber seal in the right ring on the filter. I would not recommend your dealership to family or friends. More
