I am not sure what happened on my last visit to Gilchrist. My power train warranty didn't cover things that it definitely should have and then they couldn't work well enough with my extended warran Gilchrist. Mason started off great but after we spoke. I never heard from him again two weeks later I found out he had a baby however, no one from the dealership contacted me and gave me updates or told m I never heard from him again two weeks later I found out he had a baby however, no one from the dealership contacted me and gave me updates or told me the status of my vehicle. Meaning that once he left, his client should have been passed to another coworker, but they weren’t so I had to wait weeks to find out the status of my vehicle and had to spend an excessive amount money on a rental car. Once I received my vehicle, I sent it right back because they were still a check engine light. The same process happened again once I received it they were still a check engine light and upon a third time picking up my vehicle, the vehicle did not start due to lack of fuel. My experience at this dealership was terrible which should have been discovered during the last (3rd diagnosis). Communication was terrible and I would not recommend anyone to get service to their vehicle or purchase a vehicle from the dealership. More
