I test drove the vehicle but some things are just not noticable until you drive the vehicle for a couple of days, after discovering the issues i contacted the sales rep whose name i will not disclose, they refused to do anything about it and stopped communicating completely. This was my third vehicle from the kelly group and probably the last one after this experience . More

Steve Croy and Mason Coy (finance) did an outstanding job with my trade in. I went with Navy Federal and they have very unique ways of handling car deals which causes issues, but I was also trading in 2 vehi with my trade in.
