I should have done this review three weeks ago; many apologies. Royal Cadillac comes through in the clutch again. My Cadillac SRX met an untimely demise against a concrete divider, and when the repair shop broke the news to me that my mint-condition creampuff was a total write-off, I set out to find a new vehicle as soon as possible. While going through the search, research, and appointment-setting rigamarole of securing a new ride (I investigated Lexus, Subaru, Honda, and GMC vehicles), I stumbled upon a relatively fresh Car Guru advertisement for a Cadillac XT5 at Royal Cadillac. I set up an appointment to check out the vehicle, expecting to meet a sales representative who was a stranger; I was pleasantly surprised when MaryLou Monroe called me less than fifteen minutes after I had made contact with Royal. She works at Royal Jaguar-Land Rover of Tucson, but since I was one of her previous clients at Royal Cadillac, she immediately--and to my great relief--assumed the responsibility as my sales representative. Good news for me; MaryLou was as impressive as she was our first time working together, flawlessly squiring me through a Q&A about the XT5, an inspection of this pampered cherry of a vehicle (Oh, Royal...), a test drive, and another Q&A that covered the purchasing and warranty processes (Joe Sullivan, as excellent as before, was on hand to cover some the warranty piece), after which I knew that I would be buying another vehicle from Royal Cadillac. I drove my XT5 off the Royal Cadillac lot six days later; I also got back a large chunk of my warranty cost from the SRX and was able to apply it to my new vehicle, which was frosting on the cake. MaryLou Monroe, in my view, remains an exemplar of superior sales acumen and customer service. Royal Jaguar-Land Rover of Tucson is truly fortunate to have her. More

I was so nervous walking in because the only reason I was looking for a car is because we got t-boned and my last car was totaled. Marylou helped with every question I had and helped with me not feeling so n looking for a car is because we got t-boned and my last car was totaled. My wife and I are a young couple in sales & business. We just began our search to purchase our first sports or luxury car so I decided to stop by dealerships to get a feel for different brands on the roa We just began our search to purchase our first sports or luxury car so I decided to stop by dealerships to get a feel for different brands on the road while visiting a business partner in Tucson. MaryLou far exceeded my expectations of a genuine premier representative. She immediately came out to greet us, let me test drive a defender, and ask plenty of questions getting to know me. What shocked me was that other luxury dealerships in tucson I visited that weekend gave me terrible attitude first for my age not believing we were serious buyers and then second for us not being local they said "you should build relationships with dealerships in your area" "test driving cars isn't a leisure activity" "You should make appts when your closer to the date of purchase". What those competitor dealerships did not care to find out was that we own multiple airbnbs, travel a lot for business, would drive any distance to close the right deal on the right car. It was day and night compared to RangeRovers amazing treatment. We will be staying in touch with MaryLou and absolutely recommend others there. More
