There were a lot of hiccups in the purchasing process. My salesman was new and did not provide good service at all. I’m not sure if it was lack of training or if he is just not cut out for this sort of jo My salesman was new and did not provide good service at all. I’m not sure if it was lack of training or if he is just not cut out for this sort of job. Fortunately, with enough persistence I was able to get my car up to the standard that it should have been when I went to drive it off the lot. Unfortunately, that took 3 visits to the dealership and 2 different loaner cars over the time span of a week. I also spent 8 hours in the waiting room for a service that was quoted at 2 hours (which should have been fixed before the sale). The salesman was not truthful about numerous things, which was the biggest pain point for this purchase. Fortunately, management did all they could to make things ok. More

I was very pleased with the whole process of buying my Nissan from Rodger Harman at Jim Butler KIA. My daughter and I were treated very well and the whole process was wonderful. My credit has taken some Nissan from Rodger Harman at Jim Butler KIA. My daughter and I were treated very well and the whole process was wonderful. My credit has taken some very bad hits, starting with the death of my husband at only 46. I have been trying very hard to rebuild it in the past several months and I wasn't sure if I could even get a car. Rodger and Mary Williams, Finance Manager, worked to make it happen!!! I was very happy with the whole process and I am very pleased with my Nissan! More
