Tischler Nelson was a wonderful salesperson! He went above and beyond to help with the purchase process and answered all my questions even when he was not scheduled to work. He made himself available via phone and text making communication super easy. I purchased my last vehicle from Auto Nation and was not pleased with the process or the service so I came to Bozard since it is closer to me and heard great things. Overall, I have never had an issue with the dealership and everyone from Service to Sales is always great to work with. More

I have had the worst experience at this dealership to the point I am about to travel to Palm Coast Ford instead. On top of being completely screwed over when I bought my car there (I ordered it through the f point I am about to travel to Palm Coast Ford instead. On top of being completely screwed over when I bought my car there (I ordered it through the factory and made the terrible decision to have it shipped to Bozard since it was so close, I tried like xxxx to have it moved to another dealership but Bozard wouldn't release it) the hassle was SO BAD I just signed my life away to get the xxxx out of there and now I am stuck in a horrible payment situation that no other dealership would of allowed. The service department needs to retrained like nothing I have ever seen..... they never know what is going on. For some reason my old car that Bozard took as a trade in is still on my account?! I have told them numerous times to remove it and it is still on my account, I have had a couple recalls and they had no idea how to fix them. I had to have my Palm Bay Ford contact call them to explain to them what to do.... it was completely ridiculous. I have started doing mobile oil changes/services since those guys are extremely nice and knowledgeable but I still have to deal with the service advisor for payment. I recently had a mobile oil change done and I was texted for payment, I responded with a coupon and asked that my points be used, I still have yet to get a response from the service advisor! I have checked in TWICE now asking her if she took the payment because I have not heard back yet. This dealership is a massive pain to deal with in ALL departments!! I will be traveling out of my way to avoid them from now on. More

Our Ford Explorer was taking to Bozard for a new transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional, know their information and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. A few days after we picked up the car, the service engine light came on. We contacted Mary and she told us to come by to diagnose the problem. When my wife arrived Mary and the tech was waiting outside and they had the diagnosed the reason for the check engine light within minutes. We live in Orange Park and it is about a 45 minutes drive to Bozard but for any future repairs, I will be bringing my car back to Bozard. In the near future, we will be looking at getting a new vehicle and there is only 1 Ford Dealership that I will go to and that is Bozard. Thank you Mary and Dawn for all your help and service. More

Done right I had some work done at a local shop and had to take it back several times and it still was not right. I went to Bozart Ford and explained to them tha I had some work done at a local shop and had to take it back several times and it still was not right. I went to Bozart Ford and explained to them that I just wanted it done right. I went for a ride with the mechanic and had the chance to tell him exactly what the problem was. When I picked it up, looked at it and drove it I could tell right away that it was done right. Thanks to the truck service department for getting it done right the first time.
