It was a friendly dealership. But I was a little upset that they didn't tell me that the car was a smokers car. I didn't realize it till after I drove it a little. Loved the selection options and sales/finance staff was friendly and helpful but...I still am waiting on the "We owe you" after a month of ownership. No call for explanation. Hopefully they will wow me wit friendly and helpful but...I still am waiting on the "We owe you" after a month of ownership. No call for explanation. Mary Ann McMorrow was Amazing! She is the best sales person I have ever had, in the 40 years I have been purchasing cars. She was kind, patient, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Mary Ann was not pushy at all during the sale. I test drove multiple different vehicles. She was so very helpful while I was making my decision on which car I bought. Alvi in Finance was fantastic as well. Everything went smooth with the financing and he was so knowledgeable about the different warranty products and patiently answered all the questions I had! Fantastic finance experience! Milo (Tod) Dwars in the Service Department gets ***** (5 Stars) He was a pleasure to deal with! He explained the process well. He was very friendly and kind. Service was completed in the amount of time I was told it would take. I was very happy with the way everything went during my time at the service department! The entire staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My primary salesperson appeared to be new as he needed to ask his salesperson on the majority of questions.
