I had a recent experience with Toyota of Kingsport that was very disappointing. We found a 2018 Toyota Sequoia Platinum listed on several websites, including the Toyota of Kingsport website, for $50,950. W was very disappointing. We found a 2018 Toyota Sequoia Platinum listed on several websites, including the Toyota of Kingsport website, for $50,950. We were eager to speak to a salesperson to see if we could come to the amount we needed. Marvin Tolley called me to discuss numbers. He informed us that they’d decided to raise the price of this vehicle to $53,900 due to the decision to certify the Sequoia. Raising a price by nearly $3,000 like this is unacceptable. This put the vehicle out of the range of being able to negotiate for us at all since we had offered $45,000 to buy straight out with no trades. Toyota of Kingsport needs to make sure of their pricing before listing it on multiple websites. We are ready to buy, but they lost our business after this. We do NOT recommend going to Toyota of Kingsport! More

Liars Brian the general manager lied to the better business bureau and us. Sold my wife a certified SUV with a burnt up transmission. My wife done the sale and they said it was a great deal. They took the vehicle back because Brian didn't want me contacting Toyota on them selling a certified vehicle in that condition. Everyone at the dealership is like you are bothering me, why should I have to deal with you. Cant speak much of their service department either due to them not knowing where the transmission dipstick is. And I was supposed to be confident that they could replace the transmission. Leon spoke with my wife and had her so upset that her nose bleed. More

Our Prius Experience My name is Ed Leeson and I am 59 years old and just recently retired. My wife and I visited Toyota of Kingsport on Saturday 4/11/15 to look at a Priu My name is Ed Leeson and I am 59 years old and just recently retired. My wife and I visited Toyota of Kingsport on Saturday 4/11/15 to look at a Prius. All my life I had a company vehicle so when I had to turn my company vehicle in I wanted to get a car that was dependable, cost efficient and would last a long time. We felt very comfortable with this dealership since we had previously bought a car from them several years ago. The reason we came back was fourfold...the salesman, service, price and Toyota's reputation. First off, the salesman who is a friend of ours (Marvin Tolley) is a man of integrity and a brother in Christ. We could not ask for a better individual to deal with. Marvin explains everything to you and ensures you get exactly what you are looking for including a good price. Then the service from the accessory sales consultant (Kristin Humphrey) was great. She took the time to tell us the ins and outs of the car we were buying and even helped us put a Toyota App on our smart phone which is phenomenal. Everything is on this app about your car - it has service offers, roadside assistance, warranty info, safety recalls, service history, vehicle manuals, how to videos, etc. Lastly, I am an avid Toyota fan. I have owned Buicks, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, Fords, Hondas, Mercedes, Nissans, Pontiacs, and Toyotas in the past. Suffice it to say, the Toyota has been far above their competition and this is a proven fact. All you have to do is look at Consumer Reports for vehicles and Toyota is at the top of the pack in overall ratings. Of all the vehicles I have owned, the Toyotas have less maintenance problems, are more dependable and have a better re-sale value than any vehicle on the market. We love our Prius, it is comfortable, roomy and economical...50 mpg definitely makes this a "winner" in our opinion! More
