We went to this dealership to look for a Honda CRV or HRV. I found a nice HRV but the sales guy kept lightly pushing a Mazda on us & told us they could maybe take $1,200 off the price. We said okay we’ll think about it. We went back the next day and told the salesperson who was very nice & helpful that we are interested in the Mazda but we want the $1,200 off. He went to his sales manager to ask and the sales manager Ivan said “What the f**k do they think it is? A lamborghini?? No No No” loud enough for us to hear. He was not in a closed office or anything. All the sales people we met were very nice and helpful but that sales manager was disgustingly rude. More

The entire process at White Plains Honda was amazing from start to finish. Marvin was excellent to work with, showed us all the inventory we asked for and was able to answer all our questions. We went into the show room that day with an idea of what car we wanted and Marvin was able to have us walk out that day with the car. From the test drive all the way to us signing papers, Marvin was helping out and making sure we were accounted for! More

Our sales person Marvin was great. He cared so much about doing a good job. He was personable and eager to please. He was also clear in sharing what we could expect from the process. He gave us clear answers to our questions - and not “guesses” - and if he didn’t know an answer, he got clarification quickly and got back to us. I would recommend working with him. However, when it can time to discuss financing, it was not a good experience. The dealership was unwilling to honor the terms (for which we qualified) that were posted not only on their site, but attached to the vehicle we purchased. That was their mistake and broke our trust. Reflects poorly on Honda. Also, there were mistakes in the financial paperwork which could have been an honest error - which at its least concerning can be viewed as simple carelessness. We will give them the benefit of the doubt and say the error made on sale price of the car (in their favor) was unintentional. However, when trust is broken because advertised terms are not honored, it brings the credibility of the dealership into question. More

Received numerous unnecessary calls from multiple employees who were disorganized and did not provide new information. Car had a coffee stain before it was “detailed” and specifically asked for that employees who were disorganized and did not provide new information. Dealership also posted more generous financing online than it would honor in person. Paperwork had multiple mistakes in it both when signing for the financing and the DMW work. More

The used car department pushed me to finance through them, but I had better finance terms through my bank. Because of this, the car that I agreed to buy and completed finance contract on Wednesday, and them, but I had better finance terms through my bank. Because of this, the car that I agreed to buy and completed finance contract on Wednesday, and offered a deposit for (which was declined) was sold the next day to somebody else 8:00 pm Thursday. I had to notify my bank Thursday night to cancel the check that had been overnighted to arrive Saturday. I also had to cancel the insurance I had arranged. Don't waste your time with this company, or if you do, study the NY State used car buyer rights first so that you can read them to the dealer. That would have protected me. The dealer CANNOT refuse a deposit to hold the car a short period of time. I can still report them to the NY Attorney General, if I'm feeling like doing it. I have the receipts. I bought a similar car from an honest Honda Dealership six days later. More
