Eduardo was actually my Salesperson and not Marvin. He did well being new in his position. The vehicle I wanted, the color, wasn’t available at the dealership and he assisted in getting the one I wante He did well being new in his position. The vehicle I wanted, the color, wasn’t available at the dealership and he assisted in getting the one I wanted to me. After I got my new vehicle, he even contacted me to ask if everything was okay. After the sale is a different situation! The vehicle I traded in wasn’t paid off for nearly a month. I didn’t know until I received late payment notices from the old finance company. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to tell me what happened. It was eventually paid, but I never received a curtesy call apologizing for the situation or even to let me know it was resolved. It wasn’t until the old finance company informed me that the vehicle had been paid off that I knew it had been handled! More
