I get 2 text messages a month reminding me my Highlander is due for maintenance. The problem is I do not own a HIGHLANDER. I live in CA and have never been to NY. Due to the time difference they wake me up is due for maintenance. The problem is I do not own a HIGHLANDER. I live in CA and have never been to NY. Due to the time difference they wake me up constantly. I've called a dozen times and they say they will remove my number but they do not. I've tried blocking, reporting as JUNK but the texts keep coming. .Morons!!!! More

I concur with all the reviews I have read regarding the Bronx Citywide Toyota service location. Some of the service advisors are rude and súper unprofessional. They do not call back to give you an update Bronx Citywide Toyota service location. Some of the service advisors are rude and súper unprofessional. They do not call back to give you an update unless you call 500 times. Do not understand why i have not seen any comments from upper management. I plan not to return there. More

EFI throttle Maintenance at 20k miles? STAY AWAY Service Writer tells me I have to pay for EFI Throttle maintenance of $350 for a brand new Highlander with only 20k miles. This type of maintenance su Service Writer tells me I have to pay for EFI Throttle maintenance of $350 for a brand new Highlander with only 20k miles. This type of maintenance suppose to be arounf 45k-60k after I signed a paper that the service writer Did not Explain he tells me I authorized the Service of $350 dollars Terrible Service. I was force to pay for something I did not need. Never Again STAY AWAY FROM Franmyr Perez.RIPPED ME OFF More

Beware - Scammers and 3rd party Toyota services Many customers complain of going in with simple issues and coming out with pressure to sell their car, trade-in, buy new and extreme recommendations t Many customers complain of going in with simple issues and coming out with pressure to sell their car, trade-in, buy new and extreme recommendations to replace engines. They tamper with equipment esp. older models so you have to come back in a few months. Their service technicians are generalists. And they are a 3rd party Toyota service center so when you complain to Toyota, Toyota USA does nothing as they can not guarantee their work. Also, if you go to a real authorized Toyota dealership / service center they do not guarantee CityWorld's work and explain their technicians are not trained certified Toyota technicians. I, like other customers in the waiting area, are always being pressured to buy new cars, get rid of their own car, and told they have large repairs. I took my car elsewhere and was told none of those issues were true and they have equally had other customers come with similar complaints. They have no tracked complaint process at CityWorld. Managers including the GM go into hiding. They threatened me and retaliated. More
