Little did I know when I awoke that day that I would be purchasing a new car. Tim Z was super about explaining everything. I came home and cleaned out my car, and 3days later I was driving a brand-new car purchasing a new car. Tim Z was super about explaining everything. Ill start by saying that Preston chevy is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the first phone call all the way through. It is difficult to do them justice in dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the first phone call all the way through. It is difficult to do them justice in a short review, but nobody wants to read a book. I was pretty pressed for time to find a car because of insurance policies (whole other book). Normally I wouldn't be comfortable expressing that to a car dealership because most dealerships see that as an opportunity to take advantage. Preston had the car I was looking for and it was pretty evident I was in a hurry. Instead of taking advantage they went out of their way every time I called them to make sure I was comfortable. I was going to be purchasing the car entirely over the phone aside from the final paperwork. I spoke with several people starting off. Each person was knowledgeable and very helpful. The salesman I ended up working with was Tom Z. As far as salesmen go he was by far my favorite. He is very straightforward very friendly and super helpful. He stayed in contact without being pushy at all. He was just there everytime I texted to get whatever answers I was looking for(Even on sunday, Sorry again Tom if you are reading this). He did a great job. For any of the questions I had concerning financing I talked to Mike. Mike went over and above to help even answering questions and explaining steps outside of the actual purchasing of the car. Questions I had regarding the steps having to do with my car getting totaled and navigating through insurance paperwork and other issues I was running into with that. The entire team at Preston has been amazing. They told me on the phone initially that their goal is to create costumers for life. They did. I would recommend them to everybody I know. More

Once again Preston offered and delivered to the T.
