Once I settled on the Telluride, we shopped around for 2 months and got a great deal from Marty, along with great communication and a friendly welcome. We live in the San Fernando Valley of LA, surrounded by over 18 Kia dealerships. But we went with Marty for multiple reasons and are so happy we did. If we love this Telluride, we'll come back again when its time! Definitely recommend this dealership. Honest pricing and genuine customer service. And we visited A LOT of other places. Been looking for a Kia for a month and didn't know about Mission Viejo until I widened my search from Los Angeles for a 2024 Kia Carnival SX Prestige in stock. They even had the exterior & interior combination I had been looking for! Called up the dealership and was connected to Marty Patterson, requested for an appointment to check out the car right when Labor Day weekend started. Marty was honest and upfront with my questions about the car/off the lot price/and availability of the car without pressuring me to come right away knowing how busy Labor Day Weekend would be. Fortunately the appointment to see the car was made 3 days after initial contact, we loved the car and went right ahead to his office to work on wrapping up the deal. I already was pre-approved through my bank for financing but Marty was able to make Kia Financing more preferable so we went with them. Didn't plan on buying the car the same day, so he was very patient with us working on finalizing the paperwork while we ran to the bank to grab a cashier's check. Absolutely an amazing service with Marty and I had feared buying cars for so long after my prior car buying experience taking 6+ hours. This was also the very few Kia's without an absurd dealer addendum, just some small accessories part of the car that we didn't mind added in. We arrived at 2:30pm, test drove and checked the car out for 30 minutes, then finished the purchase including the bank visit by 6pm. Even at 8 months pregnant, I didn't feel anxious or stressed by the purchase. Marty was incredibly respectful and helpful, with funny stories about parenthood since we were upgrading to our first minivan for that purpose. Highly recommend doing business here! Only con we experienced was no option to have the car delivered home, so we had to drive the car we came with and purchased back home 2 hours separately. More
