Even though I was looking at a Civic Hatchback, I asked if I could see a sedan, Lionel made it possible and that's the car I went with. His flexibility and transparency helped me make a decision. I felt welcomed and he made sure that I was happy with my car, and I am happy with my car. He cracked a few jokes made me feel comfortable and I think that's very important. Edwin Diaz was also very welcoming. He assured me and gave me advice that in other dealerships they would've withheld information. He was transparent and again I felt comfortable and trust was built. I will always go to Largo Honda for my purchases from now until forever. More

Dayron Figueroa - was wonderful. Very attentive and accommodating. He's young and I feel he still needs a little trimming around the edges and to be more knowledgeable about all the Very attentive and accommodating. Overall, very nice and welcoming dude. I would definitely do business with him again. Alejandro Arochena- was very attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. Very friendly and very professional. He gave me a welcoming vibe. Franck Gonzalez - was attentive, but I feel a bit dry at the same time. I feel like he could have done a little more to secure my financing with American Honda quicker and gone to bat for me on my student discount. At least make an attempt. Marty Bean- was attentive but also dry. It was hard to get him to budge from his price and attempt a new estimate. He hid behind the $2000 back if you find a better deal... no. That's not a selling point or decision influencer. Bruno Perez (the guy with the tats right?) - He was very cool and seemed very helpful and accommodating. However, when I presented him with the exact criteria I wanted for the deal he said ok I'll make it happen. But then I sat with Franck Gonzalez and some of those numbers changed or were all of a sudden not attainable. That was a little deceptive if you ask me. Lionel Montero - This guy was my favorite after Dayron. Very relaxed and cool. No pressure. Let's make it happen for you mentality. After spending nearly 8 hours at the dealership he took the reins and contacted American Honda asking for the rest that they would not approve for me. He gave me a brotherly and humble vibe. Very welcoming and professional. Good cop persona ha ha. The trade-in value was good... although they tried jipping me on the first numbers. The speed/duration of the visit was way too long. I believe the staff overall was good. I believe I got a decent deal. Largo Honda is where my deceased father used to get his cars from and where he helped me get my first two. That is why I was inclined to use them. I would do it again. More
