But when taking my vehicle for my 30K appointment, the staff was incredibly rude and took a long time. After being told my car was reading and waiting 10 mins, I asked when I could expect my car. 5 mins later my car came out and the service advisor told me that I lied and it had not been 10 mins in a very rude manner.
