Staff was very courteous and attentive, but I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and it took about two hours. This was too long, when I checked out and I mentioned it to the receptionist she tol a.m. appointment for an oil change and it took about two hours. The service department has gone down over the years. Not as forthcoming with information as they used to be. I had to call too many times myself for updates. Took the car to two other different mechanics and was told something the deal ship never said. This cost me thousands of dollars unnecessarily. More

This was the worst interacting I've ever had at Young Chevrolet. I had issues that didn't get resolved and they didn't provide me with a clear understanding of what was the issue.
