aHonestly 0. 5 stars. After 5 hours of salesman pretending to listen what I said (I'm a financial analyst for JPMorgan Chase), they would come back with same total 5 stars. Continued to change topic to where I'm from instead of listening to what I say. Salesman had some knowledge, beyond that, the "technology specialist" assigned to me had NEVER even been in my vehicle type/model before... service is an absolute ZERO. I'm shocked a LEXUS dealership would soil the brand. Also, the 5 star ratings of individuals are for tasks such as "answering a basic question" or "doing someone elses job as they were, unavailable". Just bought a used ES350 from Lexus of Wilmington. I had the good fortune to work with Martin ("Marty") on this purchase. The experience was top-notch all the way through, and Marty was fantastic. It was more like having a conversation with a friend and leaving the dealership with a car at the end of the evening than a transactional experience. I highly recommend Lexus of Wilmington and Marty in particular if you are in the market for a Lexus. Great experience! More

Took car in for first oil change July 09,2024 at 11:00 appointed time. I leave dealership at 1:25 PM with no detail service record of what was done on car. I emailed service manager for a copy that I rece appointed time. I leave dealership at 1:25 PM with no detail service record of what was done on car. I emailed service manager for a copy that I received. Faye called me about my experience and said someone will get back with me with my concern. Well, that never happened and chances of that happening, is like me winning the mega million lottery. My initial experience was not a good one. Salesman placed the wrong order for car we wanted. Manager then corrected the order and had to wait for another two months for car. Waited 05 months to have car register in my name. Went through two temp tags during the process. Mistakes after mistakes. No one took responsibility for bad service. The only reason I went to this dealership because there is none other in Delaware. I will do my best to avoid this place. More

My experience I had at this dealership was phenomenal, friendly and helpful staff. The salesman I worked with Marty was patient and displayed excellent customer service. I wasn't rushed, I felt very comfo friendly and helpful staff. The salesman I worked with Marty was patient and displayed excellent customer service. The atmosphere is friendly you don't feel instantly attacked for your purchase and don't feel pressured either.
