I purchased a Niro PHEV. Martial was great — knew a ton about the car, spent a lot of time answering questions, and didn't pressure us into purchasing anything we didn't want Martial was great — knew a ton about the car, spent a lot of time answering questions, and didn't pressure us into purchasing anything we didn't want to. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a car. After purchasing the car, Oleg really tried pressuring us into extended warranties, which I didn't appreciate. He kept emphasizing that the car will break and we're going to have to spend a lot of money to fix it — which isn't the thing you want to hear right after writing a check for a brand new car, that comes with a standard warranty. I had to say no multiple times before he would let it go. More
