called for a early appt. after one hr no appt. called back no luck, finally got throught 2 days later, showed up 9:30 for 10am appt didn't leave till 12 noon. 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change, lease is up in back no luck, finally got throught 2 days later, showed up 9:30 for 10am appt didn't leave till 12 noon. 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change, lease is up in oct and i am going else where for a vehicle, service person was very professional but service sucked More

I have had my 2015 and 2018 Sorento serviced at Destination kia for 5 years. Always 5 stars. I pulled into the service bay on Wednesday 9/23 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told a drive Destination kia for 5 years. Always 5 stars. I pulled into the service bay on Wednesday 9/23 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told a drive in scanner indicated I needed an alignment. In my 5 years of service I had never heard of this scanner and never needed an alignment. The service rep said they recommend having an alignment yearly,Google it. I did and read its recommended every 2 to 3 years, or if you have issues with steering or front end vibrations. I have zero issues that would indicate the need for an alignment., especially with only 14,500 miles in 2.5 years.I agreed to have it done. When I got home I looked at the paperwork, expecting to see exactly what the quick scan showed, the initial readings on the alignment machine and the readings after adjustment. There was nothing. Also, no measurements for tread depth, brake linings, tire pressure... things I've seen on past reports. The lack of information makes me feel like this was just a money grab and there was little or no problem with alignment. Was one measurement off 1 degree? Who knows, there was no read out. I have no proof either way. More
