I brought my car in for a defective wheel bearing, the incompetent mechanic said nothing was wrong. The scheduled appointment clearly stated customer thought there was a bad bearing. So I took my car to Conrads, sure enough, the wheel was shaking, I shook it myself while up on the lift. So i paid $500 to have Conrads replace the wheel bearing, when Ganley should have replaced the bad bearing for free because the car is still under warranty (30,000 miles). Ganley is a criminal enterprise. I have other examples, such as Ganley adding a market adjustment fee to the purchase of my auto during Covid ($3,000). Their sales were down due to new cars not being available to sell, but they still had fixed costs of running the business so they made up a fake charge. More

I came in for my scheduled appointment for my car’s oil change. Upon check in, I was told that it would take about an hour for the service to completed. Two hours later, my car was still not done and I had change. Upon check in, I was told that it would take about an hour for the service to completed. The service writers at this dealership are indifferent. It’s like they all call “not it” when a customer walks in. Whoever draws the short straw has to finally look up at greeting you. I was offered and accepted a multipoint inspection and a car wash when I dropped my car off for service. Neither was completed yet all of the check boxes on my record were green. Every single one. I knew my rear wiper needed to be replaced and the tire pressure was low. Neither were addressed. I had remote start installed on my car. Was handed my keys by the porter with no explanation how to use it. I had to go back in and ask. Ive had similar experiences at this dealership before. The last time i had my oil changed I was told they didn’t do the safety inspection because they didn’t have time. I love my Subaru but almost didnt buy it because this is the only dealership nearby. Would go elsewhere if i could. More
