Always so helpful and honest. I’ve always received swift service and friendly customer service. This goes for the parts department and the cashier in the service department too. I’ve been very happy with my experience at Honda of Lincoln. I have always felt like they treat me with respect and are honest about what is going on with my car. Everyone is always friendly and kind. However there seems to be inconsistency in recommend repairs. Last time they recommended brake system flush and valve cover gasket beginning to seem However there seems to be inconsistency in recommend repairs. Last time they recommended brake system flush and valve cover gasket beginning to seem oil.( I didn’t do either) This time no mention of either? This time was tire tread, four wheel alignment and rear differential service (needing attention revisit next time.) These differences make a company not trustworthy. More

My experience started with prompt service to get signed in. The waiting area was nice with available drinks and seating area.
