If we could give this location ZERO stars we would! Purchased a Certified Vehicle from them and it has been in the shop 3 times in the last 5 months. They keep your vehicle for 2 weeks with ZERO commun Purchased a Certified Vehicle from them and it has been in the shop 3 times in the last 5 months. They keep your vehicle for 2 weeks with ZERO communication. Service staff and managers ignore you. They NEVER have a loaner or offer any assistance to assist with transportation when they keep your vehicle for weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! More

First and foremost Craig Connelly, the Service Manager, does and excellent job of training his employees and running the Service Department. Marlen, my service advisor, and her expert team of skilled techn does and excellent job of training his employees and running the Service Department. Marlen, my service advisor, and her expert team of skilled technicians are the best in class when it comes to troubleshooting issues and providing superior customer service at a fair price. Marlen pays attention to my needs and is great at communicating with me every step of the way and advising me accordingly. I have options when it comes to the vehicle that I drive and I choose to drive a vehicle from Paretti solely based on the respect that my friends at Paretti show me when I'm there. More
