BEWARE, there are thieves. There were two gas gift cards on my console and when the car was returned to me, one was missing. Someone stole from me. When I discovered this, I immediately went back to complain. When I spoke to Mark W and explained what happened, he repeatedly "assured" me that no one has ever stolen anything. I suppose that makes me the liar. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Rick Case Honda and taken them all for service there as well. I have been a loyal customer until now. I will NEVER go back. Clearly Mark W does not value his customers. In addition, the service advisor I worked with offered to resurface the brake rotors for $400. when a full brake job costs $289. What a bunch of thieves in more than one way!! More

DON'T COME HERE! I went in today for a recall of a window switch on my crv known to be a fire hazard. Service agent Anderson took care of my appointment. He was poli I went in today for a recall of a window switch on my crv known to be a fire hazard. Service agent Anderson took care of my appointment. He was polite and helpful. I took a video of everything working as it should moments prior to dropping off the car. It clearly showed the window going up and down flawlessly and quietly. When I pickup the car 4 hours later it now makes a strange noise like something banging against the glass whenever the window goes down. They refused to believe that I was telling the truth and tried to blame me and the age of the car for the noise. I then mentioned the video and showed it to them. Even with a time stamped video as proof they refused to take responsibility. Knowing they couldn't pin it on me any more they called the service manager Mark Warshefski. Mark, along with his staff again refused to assume responsibility and said that there was nothing they could do other than sell me a new window regulator and charge me for the labor to fix the issue. The issue that they caused! They spent more time trying to deny fault than it would have taken them to do the right thing and leave it the way they found it. Unbelievable! It is experiences like these that give dealerships a bad name. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. More

I have never been so unhappy with a dealership, I have bought enough cars from the dealership in the past 10 years that you think loyalty would matter. I just bought a brand new Honda CRV 8 months ago and bought enough cars from the dealership in the past 10 years that you think loyalty would matter. I just bought a brand new Honda CRV 8 months ago and now to have replace my tires with only 20,000 miles on it. Service says there is something wrong to rapid of wear but RICK CASE doesn’t want to stand behind their vehicle. Was told I can get you a quote for tires I wouldn’t spend another dime at this dealership really worth losing a loyal customer over a set of tires that clearly have an issue. Why cause the tire manufacturer says they don’t warranty factory tires. Very poor service on your part. Beware they don’t want to keep your business they would rather scree you!! The salesman are good and helpful but upper management needs to be replaced. Mark Warshefski you are the worst of them all... Mark Riley can’t be bothered to call anyone back. Thank you Wade Bell for me your hard efforts, you at least tried to make the customer happy only to be shot down by your superiors. Rick Case Honda doesn’t even deserve the one star but had to select it in order to post... shame on you More

Rick Case HONDA does an excellent job every time we have our Honda Accord serviced. Wade Bell has been our personal “service advisor” for years however he has been promoted to “manager”. Wade was/is total our Honda Accord serviced. Wade Bell has been our personal “service advisor” for years however he has been promoted to “manager”. Wade was/is totally helpful, totally competent & professional, totally trustworthy, and always friendly & welcoming. Our new “service advisor”, Andrea Sanchez seems very nice and seems very knowledgeable. We just met Andrea for the first time. And everything seems perfect at this point. More
