We had a great experience at BMW Freehold. Mark was great salesman as well as the Finance Manager Ruslan, who did our finance paperwork and made sure it was a smooth process with no hidden fee Mark was great salesman as well as the Finance Manager Ruslan, who did our finance paperwork and made sure it was a smooth process with no hidden fees to worry about. They made us feel very comfortable and gave us a great deal on a 2019 BMW X5. We will be purchasing another vehicle from them soon. We will highly recommend them to our friends and family who are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

We loved salesperson with whom we worked & appreciate his no-pressure approach. We are long-standing BMW owners who were buying a 6th beamer & 3rd x1. We have purchased 5 of those cars @ Circle BMW and feel no-pressure approach. We are long-standing BMW owners who were buying a 6th beamer & 3rd x1. We have purchased 5 of those cars @ Circle BMW and feel we have received much more consideration & attention from the dealership about our repeat business. At Freehold, we made a reasonable counter offer for an x1 that had been sitting on the lot for awhile and “no one else is interested in or even looking at”… however dealership did not budge. X1 we purchased could have been prepped better by dealership: 1) inside or visors were not fully clean of marks, 2) tiny food crumbs remained in console area between seats (don’t dealerships have better vacuum / crevice tool?) 2) read wiper blade not working properly & dealership did not / still has not addressed, 3) spare key wasn’t properly pared w/ auto - necessitating return trip to dealership - ugh, and 4) license plate bracket missing screws to afix plate.
