This is the third Toyota Highlander we have purchased from this dealership. Each occasion has been a positive experience. Working with Mike has been a pure joy. I never needed to step into the showroom to purchase the vehicle, until the vehicle was in the showroom. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from Greentree Toyota and I will use Mike Shakro for the sale. By the way...The service department is amazing. The Service Manager and also Reed Chatting all helped with this sale as Reed was the one who put me in touch with Mike. Looking forward to many more years of doing business with Greentree. More

4.17.23 20 YEARS! Since 2003, Toyota professional & timely service protects my autos and me - 189,500 miles now with another 100k + expected for my 2O14 Prius (like my prior 2005 Prius that I drove saf timely service protects my autos and me - 189,500 miles now with another 100k + expected for my 2O14 Prius (like my prior 2005 Prius that I drove safely for 287,000 miles). Annually, Service Manager Tigner & Assistant Service Manager Schwab advise me on recommended car care. Service is planned to ease payment in sync with my budgeting. Today service included transmission and radiator fluid exchange, & an oil change along with routine multi-point inspection. In addition to excellent service, the Early Bird/Night Owl drop off option accommodates my schedule when regular hours are not convenient. I depend on Greentree Toyota Brookfield Service Center and highly recommend them. Thank You. 8.1.22 Professional service from start to finish. This time service advisor Kim delivered stellar, friendly, and on-time device for my oil change. I travel from NY. The excellent service makes well worth it. I return again and again. More
