Mark is courteous and very knowledgable, and the conversation was very comfortable and friendly. He answered all of my questions on the spot, and his suggestions were valuable to me. I will be back for my next car at the Autobarn because of Mark! Norm was also great as he went through all of the features of my new Ascent. What I thought was going to be complicated, Norm explained so I could understand it. I appreciate Autobarn having that service after the sale. And I had a brief to service as well, and Jaime took the time to explain what was going on with my car when it was with your mechanics.
