Worked with Mark to arrange a test drive and evaluation of a pre-owned vehicle. Mark kept us informed regarding the vehicle availability and took great care in making certain our visit coincided with the of a pre-owned vehicle. I had been on a daily hunt for a very specific Lexus SUV for 2.5 months before I came across the vehicle I purchased from Lexus Akron-Canton. After losing out to an in person buyer at another dealership, I for 2.5 months before I came across the vehicle I purchased from Lexus Akron-Canton. After losing out to an in person buyer at another dealership, I knew I had to move quickly. I am so grateful it was Mr. Mark Stacy that facilitated my purchase, as he matched my swift approach with locking in the deal the very first day! Mr. Stacy is a true professional. He was not pushy and was firm regarding the popularity of the vehicle. We requested a live video of the vehicle running to make sure we could hear the engine and he quickly delivered without hesitation. The vehicle purchased was everything I had desired, even financially, however, it was Mr. Mark Stacy's superior customer service that sealed the deal for us! His attention to detail and prompt follow-up was comforting especially since I am an out-of-state customer. Mr. Stacy always made himself available, even a few times on his day off from work! Additionally, it was a very simple and efficient process working with Roni in finance. This team was honest and trustworthy, even being 800+ miles away! I am already sold on the Lexus brand for life now. I plan to pass on my Lexus vehicles to my children as I upgrade and I will be looking to Mr. Stacy again for those future purchases. More
