I emailed Casey abt a used car; got a call from them, learned car was still available; set appt for later that day; drove 80 mins. and were told on arrival the car had been sold the night before. Incredibly frustrating, my attempts to follow up to at least relay to the internet or general manager have been unsuccessful to date; seemed very cowardly that the mgrs didn’t tell us of the error themselves but instead left the bad messenger responsibility to another salesperson. Bad experience all around. More

Considering a replacement vehicle and have met with a salesman and the sales manager. It is the service department that is keeping me coming back. Service has been friendly and efficient. Any small hiccups are dealt with quickly and graciously. Have spent enough time in the waiting area (for regular service when I have chosen to wait) that I feel very at home. Have used the shuttle when I wanted to meander around Walmart for a change of scenery and that service has been prompt and gracious as well. More
