This is the second time we've worked with Mark Sonata of Preston Honda to purchase a new car. We appreciate that Mark's main goal is to help us find the car that is right for us. During our first purchase, he went so far as to make us drive/check out a car from a different dealer. This last time, he had us try different models, so that we could determine which model worked best for us. Mark also went out of his way to obtain the color we wanted. Not easy during the current car shortage. When we picked up the car, Mark spent well over an hour introducing us to the vehicle and its features. He said he is always available for questions and that he'd be happy to meet with us and the car again to continue the introduction to a new vehicle process. Mark also helped us to obtain the best deal on an extended warranty. Mark is the best! We also appreciate the time Nick Sormaz spent with us to go over financial and warranty information. He helped us to decide what was best for our needs. More

Since then we have always go The first car I bought from Mark Sanata was a 1999 Honda Civic EX and my wife and I both really liked working with Mark. Since then we have always gone back to Mark. This includes purchases of: 2001 Civic, 2003 Accord, 2003 CRV, 2015 Pilot, 2017 Pilot, 2019 Pilot, and now most recently a 2020 Passport EX-L. This is not to say that we don't shop around, but what I mean is that when it comes down to it, we have purchased many cars over the years with Mark Sanata as our salesperson and have consistently been happy with the way he has treated us, his patience, and his knowledge of the product. It doesn't hurt that Honda is a superior product. If you are going to buy a Honda, you should consider going to Preston, and if you are going to Preston, you definitely should ask for Mark. More
