relatively painless experience Over-all the experience was alright. My biggest issue was the time it took to write up the deal. I was paying cash and spent 10 min with the the finance guy...but I had to wait 4 hours to do that. It was explained there were many people making purchases but to only have 2 people signing documents is bad business practice. There has to be a better way. More

My experience was excellent at White Bear Acura. I’m happy with my purchase. The car was exactly was I was looking for. I just think as a CPO some detail needed more attention. But over all I am happ happy with my purchase. The car was exactly was I was looking for. I just think as a CPO some detail needed more attention. It was quick. We originally came to look at a vehicle that had already sold so we figured, while we were there, we might as well look at the used inventory. We were approached by a dealer who basically just opened up the dealership website and set the filter to high-low. They didn't discuss any vehicles or even ask any questions but simply scrolled through. They were just trying to scroll through the inventory so we would leave. I normally would never write a review but I felt like an idiot being there and as if I was a major burden. This review doesn't reflect the dealership as a whole, as we have bought two brand new vehicles before from WB Subaru in the last 5 years. We could have honestly walked off the lot with a brand new car, but because it was used, we were treated less than. We ended up driving off with a brand new Mazda three hours later at Polar Mazda. More

Incredibly disappointed by the service provided at White Bear Subaru. Nothing was done without me following up on each step. Would choose to go elsewhere. It was known we were coming from a distance and pro Bear Subaru. Nothing was done without me following up on each step. Would choose to go elsewhere. It was known we were coming from a distance and probably assumed it was a done deal. The two cars discussed were not pulled up even though he knew that time of our arrival. The first one we test drove was filthy. Splatters if polish not rubbed in on the exterior and interior. The car had not been cleaned, food crumbs littered all over the floor. We were not acknowledged upon our return. Went to look at other cars in the lot and then had to wait to be served again. When we finally got to talk to the dealer again, he seemed bothered by our presence, could not adequately respond to our questions nor did he even attempt to find the other vehicle I had mentioned the day before I was interested in. When asked about it he begrudgingly went to locate it. It took nearly 20 minutes for him to find it. We were about to leave when he drove up with it. We test drove it and then the waiting games started again. Finally we got answers to our questions. While I didn’t want to make a sale with the guy, it was a car I wanted so I did. We had a much more personable experience with the man in finance. Which was a delightful change and the only reason I didn’t give this dealership a one star rating. License plates came and they called me to see if I wanted to drive down to get them put on, when it had been discussed for them to be mailed to me due to how far away I lived. I also had to follow up on the other items we had discussed would be mailed to me. Hopefully a one off experience but certainly has left a mark in weather I’d recommend the place or return in the future. More

No communication with management. Don't waste your time here I bought a car unseen over the internet because I live in Washington and thought I could trust a White Bear car dealership being that I have heard of I bought a car unseen over the internet because I live in Washington and thought I could trust a White Bear car dealership being that I have heard of it from all the way over here and boy was I wrong. The pictures and the scrolling informational about the car didn't match the car I received. I tried getting a hold of Mr. Knutson who I believe is the GM of the dealership but he is too busy to reach out to his customers because apparently once they receive your money there are much to busy to find out if you are happy with the purchase. I believe I will go on yelp and other platforms to warn people about the no communication you get from these people. Don't waste your time or money here. More

Volkswagen Jetta Salesman found me the car I wanted after a month of searching. About where the good news stops. Finance was a nightmare to deal with and got very rude with my finance company after I refused to finance with them. Did not explain things well and then proceeded to talk bad about them to me. I was working with a family member on financing and this had been mentioned numerous times and it didn’t seem to register to keep unpleasant thoughts to themselves. I had to drive over from SLP to get a bulge in my tire fixed. Then was called the next day to drive back over to finish signing papers. Sales were okay. Finance was terrible. No issue with maintenance. More
