This dealership has bent over backwards for my needs and/or concerns with my 2010 Chevy Equinox that I purchased from there less than a year ago. It is truly a family owned dealership with a southern hospitality charm. Today I called Nexcar because I was having problems with my car battery. I went to a service shop in the Houston medical center and felt like I was being ripped off. I called Nexcar and personally talked to Mr. Mike Nguyen, one of the mechanics, who advised me just to bring my car by Nexcar and he would look at it when I brought it in. I drove straight there and he told me the other service shop was over charging me and he was able to get the part I needed and repaired it promptly and swiftly. While I was waiting everyone greeted me and made known if I was in need of any assistance I could call on anyone of them. The general manager, Mr Scot Seim, even said hello to me and remembered my name and car that was sold to me. This dealership has changed my perspective on car dealerships and keeps giving me the best customer and quality experience. I will recommend this family dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle and I will only buy my cars from them. More

If you have bad credit go some place else. I bought a vehicle from these guys and it Blue Books at 13k but I am paying 30k. Also when I took the car in to get looked at I was informed that it had been in an accident so that even pushes the value down more. It was not in just a little accident, it was hit in the front and the car had missing parts. I will be interested in buying another vehicle and will see what the next price on a car will be for me. If it is anything like the first vehicle price I will steer clear from them and will do business elsewhere. Also before buying make sure to have the vehicle inspected well over. More
