Hyundai of Cool Springs is earning loyalty I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs. The salesman, Kim Duncan, finance guru Mark Salvino, and all of the I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs. The salesman, Kim Duncan, finance guru Mark Salvino, and all of the sales managers I dealt with were professional, courteous, and friendly. Most importantly, though, they were low pressure. Obviously they wanted to sell me a car, but they weren't pushy about it. Perhaps one of the best things about this dealership, though, is that they won't waste your time. They'll help you look for a car, narrow down your options, etc. for as long as you want. If you want more time to mull it over, they'll shake your hand and you can be on your way without fear of being harassed. I've bought from them before, and now again. They are good to their customers, especially their loyal ones, and I see no reason why I won't go back again. Highly recommended. More
