First if I will start by saying I Hyundai of Cool Springs. The people are amazing and I mean the people in the shop that deal with your maintenance to the sells reps to the higher ups. Oscar is one of the best sells men I have ever met and he makes sure his customer is happy. He always looks out for the customer and gives you all the discounts and deals you can think of. He makes sure you are happy and through the whole process he makes sure everything you want need is satisfying. He always is in touch with you through emails or on the phone and don’t care what time it is. When I buy another car years from now I will make sure he is my sales man. If you work with Oscar he will make sure your there for less than 30 mins to handle the paper work he takes care of it ahead of time. I also want to speak on Mark the man that you do signatures and paper work with I have dealt with him on both cars and he makes sure you sure satisfied and anything you need or questions he knows what he is talking about. I will buy another Sonata from this dealership and go through Oscar only and I want to congratulate Mark on retiring soon. More
