Their service department is good but not great because they just tell you to repair whatever the computer says based on miles and not what is actually wrong with the car. At our last oil change, they told they just tell you to repair whatever the computer says based on miles and not what is actually wrong with the car. At our last oil change, they told me I needed to do $5,000 worth of repairs. I brought it to another 5 star independent mechanic that we know and he did all the 'necessary' repairs for $1,700. I am so glad I trusted my instincts and didn't trust Honda! More
