I had the best experience purchasing my new Subaru Outback. My sales rep, Marc DeBenedictis, arranged a test drive. He explained all the features the car provided. Answered all my questions. Updated Bought a legacy last year. They gave me a great price. The reason for the bad review is that when I bought the car, the salesman and I must have had a Bought a legacy last year. They gave me a great price. The reason for the bad review is that when I bought the car, the salesman and I must have had a misunderstanding to what I was getting. Part of what I thought the car would have was fog lights among other things. What I really wanted was fog lights. So when I went back, the sales manager Pete said he would have them installed on them. That made me real happy at the time. However the fog lights have not been available for that car til this day. It's been a year. So I recently called Pete and he simply seemed to brush me off. I wanted to maybe get something else in place of the fog lights I was promised like maybe remote start. I was made a promise that was never kept and now I'm being brushed off. THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE OF THEIR WORD THERE. BUYER BEWARE. I WILL NEVER GO TO CURRY SUBARU AGAIN UPDATE 9/9/19 I was contacted by Marc after I posted this and he made things right by having remote start installed in my vehicle. I'm a happy customer now. More

Bait and switch pricing Bait and switch! My husband and I are shopping for a used Forester and saw a new listing here with a price of $15,987. We live far away, so we called Bait and switch! My husband and I are shopping for a used Forester and saw a new listing here with a price of $15,987. We live far away, so we called to confirm the price and ask if there was anything wrong with the car - they said "Nothing wrong. We just dropped the price as it's been on the lot for awhile." My husband took the next day off work, rode the train for 1.5 hours, had his dad travel from Connecticut to drive him to Curry Subaru only to be told "No, no...That price on Autotrader is a mistake. The car is $21,000." Even though they had confirmed the price on the phone! Is this even legal? Horrible ethics. More

In a tough situation they helped us and came through We bought a 2012 certified pre-owned Subaru Forester from John who was great to work with. We had it checked out by our own mechanic as well as theirs We bought a 2012 certified pre-owned Subaru Forester from John who was great to work with. We had it checked out by our own mechanic as well as theirs before we bought it. We bought the car to drive across country with our daughter who was going to school out in California. To make a long story short-the car broke down in Colorado on our way out there. According to the mechanics in Colorado- the problem was serious but would have been undetectable until taken on a long trip. It was a harrowing experience but it was made much better by the excellent support we received from our friends back home at Subaru. The fix was covered entirely as was the rental and the folks at Subaru were professional and helped see us through a tough situation. Things sometime happen in life and we greatly appreciated the professionalisim we received from John, Sam and Mark- the Curry Subaru team. I highly recommend them. More
