the service after the sale is the worst i have ever experienced .once they get your money thats all they care about . EXCELLENT! My salesman, Brian was new but very know legible about what he was selling. Wayne, my sales Manager, was also very personable and fun to talk to. The last dealership I leased a truck from left a very bad taste in my mouth. The McDonald team in Millington were top notch and I will defiantly return when my lease is up. Nice Work! More

Rob Love is Great! When my lease was close to expiring Rob Love called me and let me know options I had. Why we drove 45 minutes to buy a truck from John Buying a new vehicle should always be a fun and exciting experience and it doesn't take much for a dealership to ruin it as happened to us at our Buying a new vehicle should always be a fun and exciting experience and it doesn't take much for a dealership to ruin it as happened to us at our local dealership in Durand when they refused to replace a hubcap insert that fell off in the first few days of vehicle ownership. Fortunately, John Sullivan, our salesman felt bad enough to buy us a new one out of his own pocket. We didn't forget this. So when we needed a new truck it was an easy decision to make the drive to Millington and purchase one from our favorite salesman. True to form he made the "car buying experience" quite delightful and capped it off with a free breakfast in town at the local diner. The finance process was easy and painless as well. We are very happy with our new Chevrolet truck, feel like we got a great deal, and were treated with respect. John scores high marks for his after-the-sale treatment of us as well. This is in marked contrast to every other salesman we've dealt with who forgets all about you immediately after the sale. To sum it all up - Millington Chevrolet is a friendly country dealership with a decent inventory, honest helpful salespeople, and they make a great cup of coffee to boot. More
