My thoughts on the new dealership are clean, nice ,spacious, plenty of parking spaces cause the lot is huge. The restroom is really clean with enough stalls. I would just say that this location loo ,spacious, plenty of parking spaces cause the lot is huge. The restroom is really clean with enough stalls. I would just say that this location looks a whole lot better than the Plano spot was with a wider selection of cars. More

Mark Pederson and finance Manager Salim were awesome. I must say they went above our expectations. Mark had all our paperwork ready when we arrived, and completed the transaction in 15 minutes at best. M I must say they went above our expectations. Mark had all our paperwork ready when we arrived, and completed the transaction in 15 minutes at best. Mr. Salim came out to greet us, shake our hands offered congratulations. we were treated like royalty (LOL), in regards to the purchase of our 2022 Alfa Romero. The car was cleaned and shiny, and we had our photo taken, it was just an awesome experience. I'm sure we will be returning to purchase another vehicle if the need arrives. This was our second purchase from Echo Park, we purchased a 2018 a Mercedes Benz in 2021; still have it and it's in great shape. The facility restrooms were clean, just needed some snacks. Overall, AWESOME job Mr. Mark and Mr. Salim. Thanks you both, be blessed and stay safe. More

Echo Park is my place to buy car, they don't have hidden fees like other have. They recommend protection plan, but you don't have to take. You do not feel pushed when you test drive car. fees like other have. They recommend protection plan, but you don't have to take. You do not feel pushed when you test drive car. More

I would caution anyone from buying here, especially women. From the moment I walked in, the Mark Peterson who "helped" me treated me as a ditsy women who didn't know anything. He showed me pictures of women. From the moment I walked in, the Mark Peterson who "helped" me treated me as a ditsy women who didn't know anything. He showed me pictures of his daughters and grand daughters to try to gain my trust in his sales ploy, only to try to screw me over down the line. After test driving vehicles, I chose a Lexus for their luxury feel and reliability. I had been preapproved for a low interest rate only to be told they only do in house financing. This guy told me the lowest rate I could get was a 6.8% rate through Ally, who also provides their gap insurance and warranty. The rate I was preapproved for was 3.8% so this is a large difference. I decided to leave the dealership at that point to consider my options and man do I wish I would have just stayed away! Unfortunately, I went back and after doing further research began to negotiate and ask about their other in house lenders. One of which was the lender I was already pre-approved through. After hours of sitting in there the man says to me, "you know you can just take any rate we give you and refinance the moment you walk out of here." I guess being a woman, we should just take the direction given from the salesmen instead of fighting for the rate we deserve, and are capable of getting. Not to mention, being a woman I am the prime candidate to be taken advantage of with the gap coverage and warranty which is a total scam. Had to tell the guy no on that AT LEAST 5 times. The day I drive off the lot, I have a flat tire. I take it in to get it fixed and I am told there is a SCREW DRIVER in my tire. After several deep breaths I pay to have it replaced and chalk it up to a coincidence, although now I am not too sure. They tell me that my front tires as also in very bad need of replacement. So much for Echo Parks 100- something point check. A couple days after that, I notice my brakes are also grinding. What a nightmare experience this is, when buying my first car should have been an exciting moment. Begrudgingly, I take it back to EchoPark to have them fix the issues since I am within my 30 day warranty. They keep my car for 4-5 days and finally it is returned to me. 3 days later ANOTHER FLAT TIRE. A huge nail was in my tire. Another coincidence? Who knows. I called EchoPark and left a voicemail about this with no response. As terrible all of this was, it still was not enough for me to write a scathing review, but now 5 months later, my brakes are grinding once again. I was told my front brakes and rotors were being replaced, only for the representative to tell me that it was actually my back brakes that were replaced and this was a "miscommunication." I was told that 4 cm, which is barely anything, is all that is required for their check. If it was this low, I wish they would have at least conveyed this to me so I could have known that this would be an issue in the near future. Long story short- avoid this place if at all possible. If the car prices are unbeatable and you feel you must be a customer here my advice is, know what rate you qualify for ahead of time and do not settle for less. It may take hours but do not let them con you into a bad interest rate. Also, if you are serious about buying a car and have one picked out, PLEASE take it to an outside mechanic and have them run an inspection diagnostics test on your vehicle before you buy it. It's $100 that will save you money tears and frustration down the line. Especially if you are a woman, because once again you will never get the respect or acknowledgement that a man would at this place. More
